Bermuda-based Apex Group has concluded an a transaction where it will effectively be the owner of asset manager Boutique Collective Investments and Boutique Investment Partners. This acquisition comes on the heels of another it concluded to buy Maitland. Efficient Group was a holding company for BCI and BIP.
There will be consolidations of the products and brands on this transaction , we will keep you in the know.
